Step 1:  Document or Image Capture with autoINDEX>autoFILER

Hardcopy documents can be scanned with either a scanner or multifunctional copier/scanner system to a shared network folder.  Electronic files can be routed or copied into the Folder.  autoINDEX>autoFiler checks the folder on a regular basis and retrieves the files for automated indexing and processing.
